Description

1) Player starts on goal line and stops on the face off dot (1)
2) facing up ice, player does side steps to #2
3) player stops at the hash marks and side steps back to #1
4) player skates forward to top of circle (#3), does a defense turn and returns back to #1
5) player does side stops to #4, stops, and returns back to #1
