Continuous Regroup

Diagrams     

Description

1) On whistle, one set of D starts with the puck
2) Forwards perform a regroup and head back up ice
3) When Forwards get to the red line, they pass to the other set of D and perform another regroup
4) Forwards head back up ice passing to the other D after they pass the redline
5) On the next whistle, Forwards attack 3 on 2
