Description

Give and go escape:
F1 skates up the boards toward the coach.
Coach applies light pressure forcing the player to turn toward the boards and drive low toward the net.
F1 gives a pass to the next player in line and gets a touch pass right back and takes a low hard shot.

Corner escape:
F1 skates up th eboards toward the coach until the player gets pressure from the coach. The player turns toward the boards and heads back to the corner until getting pressure from the coach and again turning toward the boards and driving into the high slot for a hard shot.
