Goalie Power Skate LAWSON GOALTENDING

Diagrams     

Description

PART #1-Goalie Starts facing the boards on a slight angle.
-Goalie pushes back on the angle and stops, continue going back and forth on the angle until he gets to the end.

PART #2-Goalie starts facing the boards on a slight angle in the butterfly position.
-Goalie rotates on the ice, re-loads and pushes back on the angle onto his feet to the other side of the line.
-Goalie continues down the line until he gets to the end.
