Wide Move Puck Protection

Diagrams

Description

Skater starts by performing a tight turn around the first and second cone (protecting the puck), then skates to the first rink divider and makes a wide move (protecting the puck) around it. Skater then continues to the 2nd rink divider and makes another big/wide move around to the opposite side and puts a quick shot on net.

Notes: Place a coach at each rink divider to give the players a sense of depth when driving wide.
