Pilon 2v1 Flow Drill

Diagrams     

Description

F1 starts drill by passing to D1.
D1 steps off wall, then chips back to D2.
D1 skates backward, then skates up for return pass from D2.
D1 passes to F1.
D1 gaps up to center ice to play 2v1 back
F1 passes to F2
F2 joins F1 in 2v1 against D1.

After F1 and F2 start to attack D1, F3 starts drill from opposite end by passing down to D3.

Drill runs continuous

Notes: When F1 and F2 regroup, they can attack different formations.
Examples:
- F2 takes puck straight up the wall
- F2 return bump pass back to F1
- F2 jumps off wall for drop pass from F1
