Station 1:Skate to cones lifting inside leg around cones leaning on inside edge.
Station 2: Skate to cones lifting outside leg around cones leaning on outside edge.
Station 3: Skate forward to cone, transition to backward skate to next cone, transition to forward, etc.
Station 4: Start in corner around circle crossovers to left one lap, stop at cone, skate to next cone stop. Repeat going back doing right crossovers.
Notes: Work on increasing speed with each drill. If needed add pucks to increase difficulty.
