Description
Station 1- 3 on 1
Station 2- Angling
Station 3- Crossovers and Edge work all done with A puck- Cones is a cross with a slide back and forth through cones then first tire is 2 circles around it then next tire is 2 circles in the opposite direction then it is lateral cross overs down to the tire then 1 circle in one direction then another circle in the other direction then butterfly skating and start all over again....
Station 4- Attack Triangle Players inside lines are not allowed to leave them if they are an X and the O are allowed to change places as long as someone is in front of the net and in between the point man. Object is to move the puck and get them use to running triangle attack pattern and the O's Are learning Stick in lanes.....
