Description

- F1 and F2 swing below the net while F3 swings low and shallow, timing with F1 and F2
- Coach passes a puck to F1 and all three forwards head down the ice 3-2 vs D1 and D2 who have kicked out at center ice.
- After 3-2, all 3 forwards and same 2 defenseman filter back towards Coach
- First forward back receives pass from Coach at center ice and turns back up ice on a 1-1 vs one of the defenseman
- Remaining 2 forwards swing all the way back down the ice, curling behind the net
- Coach passes puck to forwards who head down ice on a 2-1 vs remaining defenseman
