Description

Agility Circuit:!
1. Players start in opposite corners
2. Line 1 does quick, side-step crossovers, 5 steps at a time to the top of the circle, then explodes into full-speed 5 step crossovers
(drive skating) through the neutral zone and gets in the back of line 2
3. Line 2 does power turns and pivots through the cones as shown

Notes: Drill can be done with or without pucks
