1 on 1 Gap Control

Description
1. D carries puck inside blue line, passes to F,then backs up playing a tight gap
2. F attacks 1 on 1
3. Whenever Coach blows the whistle, F executes a quick turn back, D keeps gap tight by mirroring F, then the 1 on 1 continues
4. Coach may blow the whistle as many times as he/she wants
