1/2 B-fly on ice recovery



-Goalie drops into B-fly and extends left leg. Then, recovers on-ice to left side
-X1 shoot when goalie pushes on recovery
-repeat on other side

Notes: -goalie should rotate to maintain squareness
-shoot to encourage goalie to reach
