Description

1) have the net turned on the goal line facing the boards with the goalie standing in goalie position also
2)have 1 or 2 coaches stand at the hash marks with pucks
3) coach(s) take 1 shot at the boards so that the rebound bounces in the Goalies direction
4) goalie attempts to react to show as quickly as possible and stop the shot while controlling the rebound
5) recover and wait for next shot

Notes: - do not turn your head and watch the shot, wait until you can see it while facing the boards to react
