Description

1 begins with a puck and skates through the corner. Co pins 1 agains the boards. 1 must protect the puck, create space, and skate through the check. When Co allows 1 to exit the corner, 1 should accelerate quickly around the top of the circle and take a shot (in stride) on net.

Notes: I recommend coaches use some sort of a pad in order to assist with pinning and prevent injury.
