Description

1) Split up players evenly.
2) Use several obstacles (tires work the best) placed in the neutral zone.
3) Players pass to other team mates as the other team tries to interupt the play and steal the puck.
4) If the puck is stolen the team must pass to a coach first.
5) The coach will immediately pass to the same team as the drill continues.

Notes: Remove any nets in this zone as it will distract the players and encourage them to shoot. This is not a shooting drill
