D Stationary Regroup

One defenseman begins with the puck. All defensive players must remain stationary. D must make a pass to one of his/her own forward players.

Once a forward player controls a pass, they must pass it to one of the opposing defensemen.

Defending team should try to break-up passes from opposing defensemen. Forwards must move to get open for a pass.

Notes: Variation: Allow defensemen to pass to other defensemen.
