Go Around with Puck

Diagrams

Description

1. Layout pylons in a diamond format place far enough apart to create a large extension for your age group player to need to extend his reach to go around on both left and right sides.

2. On the whistle each player skates forward with a puck towards pylons.

3. Reaching the pylons each player shall push the puck to the right side of the pylons far enough to clearly extend their reach as to practice going around an opposing player.

4. After clearing the pylons bring the puck back to center and skate to the opposite side boards.

5. Return from the opposite side again pushing the puck to the right.

6. Repeat again across and back and then repeat on the left side.

4. Player then skates around pylons and brings the puck
