Description

1) 2 players from each side take off.
2) Next 2 players pass to other side player as they come around the bottom of the circle.
3) X1 and O1 then pass to a coach in front of them
4) Coach will bass back.
5) X2 and O2 will take off once they pass to X1 and O2
6) Shooters follow shot to the net for a rebound.
7) Play to the whistle.
8) Alternate starting corners
