Description

1) Line up outside blue line
2) Coach dumps puck into either corner
3) Winger hard below the goaline, while center plays the slot.
4) Winger banks puck to other Winger behind the net
5) Winger passes to Center for a one timer.
6) After first pass opposite wingman drives the net for a rebound.
7) Play until puck is in the net
8) Players to rotate positions.
9) Coaches to play defense after a couple rounds forcing the center and wingers to move around and keep their heads up.
