Description

On whistle F1 and D1 skate towards and pivot around cones and start the one on one situation.
F1 drives to net for shot on goalie, on next whislte F2 and D2 start drill from other end, on whistle F1 and D1 end their one on one battle and D1 jumps into play as a offensive player with F2 to try and create a two on one situation, F1 becomes a backchecker in drill.
Drill runs continuous.

Notes: If wanted you can hold off blowing the whistle having the players play out the one on one and two on two situations.
Switch sides so D Man can work on transition from foward to backwards.
