Description

On whistle F1 drives around cone at top of circle and takes shot on goalie, skates around cone on far side and picks up pass from F2.
On whistle D1's skate to boards touch boards, pivot to backwards and play one on one with F1 on far side of ice.
D man work on alignment and gap control.
Drill starts again on whistle but with F2 coming out of his corner, and D2 starting on opposite dots.

Notes: If D man are to much in front of fowards have them start from center ice circle (outside ring) (X)
