2 on 1 Down Low- (1/2 ICE)

Description
To start drill, defender is on knees with back to forwards. On whistle, Coach passes to one of the forwards, and a 2 on 1 begins.
Encourage forwards to move and open man to find time & space. Use net as an obstacle Encourage high forward to drive net on give & go, etc.
Notes: As forwards confidence grows, add another forward and defender.
