setup two groups of players equally in opposite corners and opposite ends of the rink. Each group will have a coach with them and the coach will control the pucks. on the whistle a coach will put a puck into the face-off circle closest each group. first two players in line will go in and fight for control of the puck (players are instructed not to leave the circle and try to keep control of the puck). On the next whistle the player who has control of the puck will break up ice and try to score on the far net. The player who does not have control will skate out towards centre ice and pickup and defend the attacking player coming from the opposite end.
