Description

2 lines (opposite corners at opposite ends with pucks) 3 players leave from each line on the whistle x1 skates with a puck to the far blue line, X2 skates to the centre ice line and X3 skates to the closest blue line. Once at their lines, players skate across the line through the cones, keeping their head up so the do not run into the player coming from the opposite direction. After the players have skated across the rink to the other side, they skate back down the ice the towards the goalie in the zone they originally left from and take a shot on net.
