Description

F1 and F2 leave at same time run two different routes, F1 shoots and drives net, F2 shoots and drives net, Goalie needs to be awake and active.
After F2 shoots D1 go down picks up puck back pedals a few steps and then drives across for shot or shot/pass do F2 at back door.
After shooting D1 retreats back and fowards head back for a up ice transition. Coach passes to D1 who gets control and starts up ice and passes to either F1 or F2 and they attack as 3 on 0.

Notes: Throw extra players in for 3 on 1, etc.
