Description
Coach dumps puck into corner, top man picks up puck & goes behind net... same time man from bottom queue starts in, turns inside out to (stop &) receive pass on the hash marks, then carries puck around cone and has 1 on 1 with 1st man who has become D.
Remember who was at front of each queue
Run 4-5 times then switch sides
