Description
S1- Flat out race around cones. 1st to puck shoots on net. Quick Rebound/1on1. Switch sides
S2- Players at each cone to start with. On Coaches whistle players start out... 1/2 carry puck... puck carrier passes to oncoming player who carries it & stops at next cone. SWITCH SIDES MIDWAY
S3- Player carries puck & passes to coach, performs pivot and receives pass back from coach skating backwards, pivots fwd while carrying puck. SWITCH SIDES MIDWAY
