Description

Defence and forwards start against the boards.
On whistle, first 2 defencemen and first 2 forwards skate towards the pylons. Both defencemen skate towards centre pylon.
After passing centre pylon, defencemen pivot and skate backwards, going opposite directions.
At the same time, the forwards will skate around the pylon and go 1 on 1 with the defenceman.
Make sure the forwards have heads up, speed and keep feet moving
