4 Station- Puck Possetion / Shoot

Description

A- Carry around cones. Work on puck protection on cones. Pretend they are defenders. Check puck carry stick positions

B- Chip off boards so player can recover puck. Tight turn around cone then practice dekes. Shoot on fly.

C- 1 on 1 Angling drill. Watch shoulder position to opponent. Both try for centre ice. D tried to push to boards. (Advanced- try as 2 on 1 w. NM - D covers man w/o puck)

D- 1 on 1 from basic Breakout. Puck carrier comes behind net, 2nd comes around circle to receive pass on hash marks, then carries out around cone and back in as 1 on 1.
