Warmup Shootout

Diagrams

Description

Divide the team in two, with goalies in both ends.
Coaches have all the pucks at center ice.
Players start doing warmup circles in opposite directions both sides of 1/2 ice. Use pylons to lay out a tight turn course on one side, and a backwards crossover on the others between the blue lines against the boards.
As players come through the neutral zone up the middle, coaches will intermittently pass to a player in the loop. Players receiving a pass will go in for a shot on net, then join the opposite line (o to x, x to o, etc).
Continue until pucks are exhausted or warmup complete, or recollect pucks and reverse directions.
