Diagrams     

Description

1. Place three pylons across the top of the goal crease as outlined.
2.Goalie stands sideways at their left post with glove hand out in ready position and stick down.
3. Goalie skates halfway out to the left red dot or where pylon is located, stops, and then skates backwards to the left post.
4. Goalie skates up to the top of the crease point, then backward skates to the right post.
5. Goalie skates halfway out to the right red dotor where the plyon is located, stops, and then skates backward to the right post.
6. Goalie skates up to the top of the crease point, stops, and then skates backwards to the left post.

Notes: Three shooters can be added into the drill by placing ashooter at each point and one at the top of the slot. When the goalie cones to each point, shoot.
