Simple B/O with NZ Transition

Diagrams     

Description

Drill runs simultaneously from both ends.

D starts by carrying puck and reversing behind net, then making B/O pass to F
F has come down to hashmarks for B/O pass
F carries puck with speed through NZ, then turns and passes back to D.
F comes back for regroup pass, and D passes to him.
F goes in for a shot on net
After shot, F grabs puck from corner and passes to D for point shot.

Notes: Options:
1. Have D follow up to blue line next to the wall, then drag puck to middle after pass from F
2. F to get to net to screen shot from point.
