Warm Up #1

Diagrams     

Description

1: (G) forward skate in stance to blue line, T-Push to centre, forward skate in stance to far blue line, T-Push back to boards and forward skate in stance to goal line.
2: (G) backward skate in stance to blue line, shuffle to centre, backward skate in stance to far blue line, shuffle back to boards and backward skate in stance to goal line.
3:(G) forward skate in stance to blue line, B-Fly slide to centre, forward skate in stance to far blue line, B-Fly slide back to boards and forward skate in stance to goal line. (Recover to feet between each B-Fly slide)
4:(G) backward skate in stance to blue line, B-Fly slide to centre, backward skate in stance to far blue line, B-Fly slide back to boards and backward skate in stance to goal line. (Remain on knees and power push)
