4 Square - 1-3-4-1
Description
Athlete begins with both feet in box #1, jumps both feet to box #3, jumps both feet to box #4, then returns both feet to box #1. The sequence repeats.
Notes: Knees bent, soft landings, weight on the balls of the feet.
