4 Square - 1-3-4-3-1
Description
Athlete begins with both feet in box #1, jumps both feet to box #3, jumps to box #4, jumps back to box #3, and returns to box #1 to repeat the sequence.
Notes: Soft landings, knees bent, weight on balls of the feet.
