Dots - 4-3-1-3-4
Description
Athlete begins with both feet on dot #4, jumps both feet to dot #3, then to dot #1, then back to dot #3, and finally returning to dot #4. The sequence repeats.
Notes: Athletic stance - knees bent, soft landing, weight on the balls of the feet
