Description
1. Forward 1 passes to defensemen 1
2. defensemen 1 passes to defensemen
3. Defenseman 2 passes to forward 1
4. Forward 1 and forward 2 skate to far end of the rink, forward 1 skates behind defenseman 2, forward 2 skates in front
5. forward 3 skates diagnonally across to the center line and curls back
6. Forward 1, foward 2, and forward 3 fo 3v0 at end they started
7. Forward 4, forward5, and foward 6 start the next sequence from the opposite end by passing to the defesenmen 2.
