Description

Goalie starts on post
1) Attacks F2
2) F2 makes Pass to F1, goalie follows pass (in butterfly slide)
3) F1 Shoots
4) Continue drill on opposite post (out to F3, pass to F5, Shot from F5)

Three sets each post, with F2 Passing to F1, then switch to F1 passing to F2
