Description

Opposite corners start at same time. Line 1 skates forward to first pylon. Figure 8 pattern, always facing forward. Cross blue line and receive pass, get to middle lane and shoot.
Line 2 skates full circle, hard stop at redline, transition backward past pylon and perform escape turn away from pylon. Repeat on opposite side on second pylon. Cross blue line, receive pass, get to middle lane and shoot

Notes: Start with technique before adding speed to drill. Optional pass from player in corner.
