Description

Pucks at red line.
F1 starts the drill by passing to F2. After F1 passes, skates to blue line and curls waiting for pass.
F2 passes to D2. F2 makes his move, curls and heads down ice.
D2 passes to D1.
D1 passes to F1. D1 floats out for the oncoming 1 on 1.
F1 passes to the breaking F2. F2 goes for a 1 on 1.

Notes: Run the drill on oppisite side at the same time. Best to start each cycle with a whistle.
To start the next cycle, F1 takes F2 spot. D2 slides out to D1 spot. O1 slides to D2's old spot.
After the shot F2 will go in line with X1 and X2.
D1 goes in line with O1 and O2.
Keep the exchanges out of the middle.
