Description

Left Side
Goalie starts at top of crease centering between the pipes.
Goalie Butterfly Slides to their left and stops at squaring up with puck at faceoff circle.
Goalie Butterfly Slides back to the top of the crease centering between the pipes.
Goalie again Butterfly Slides to their left stopping at the post with proper positioning.
Goalie Butterfly Slides back to the top of the crease squaring up with coach
Right Side:
Goalie starts at top of crease centering between the pipes.
Goalie Butterfly Slides to their right and stops at squaring up with puck at faceoff circle.
Goalie Butterfly Slide back to the top of the crease centering between the pipes.
Goalie again Butterfly Slide to their right stopping at the post with proper positioning.
Goalie Butterfly Slide back to the top of the crease squaring up with coach
