This drill was created using HockeyShare.com's Online Drill Drawing & Practice Planning Platform.
1st part is players skate to the left, turning right twice, having one player lead. This player then stops, starts twice around the other way.
Then 2nd part, forwards split into the corners, d go inside center ice circle.
F1 passes out to D man, who stops, and leaves the puck there, then turns and begins backwards skating.
Players cross, and pass back and forth with d man working on his gap control and position, not really defending the shot. Forwards pass and then shoot at goalie, switch lines when done.
Notes: Essentially a modified Horseshoe drill.
