Description

X1 starts without the puck in the corner
Sprint down ice and around the cones
Receive pass from X2 in opposite corner
Sprint down ice for a shot on goal and veer off and sprint to the boards to head up ice
After pass, X2 sprints down ice and around cones
Receive pass from opposite corner
Take a couple strides and pass to X1 along the boards and continues up ice
X2 sprints through the neutral zone and makes a pass to X2 breaking into the offensive zone
X2 takes a a shot on goal and veer off and sprint to the boards to head up ice
Drill continues in this cycle
