Description

Forwards(F's) from Red and Green team carry puck alternatively pass to blue line and take a shot at goalie.

Left and Right defensman skate alternatively to top of circle, pivot and skate backwards in the slot.

Defensman is not stopping the shot(or checking the forward) but can put a stick in the line of shooting.

Notes: Each forwards should at least go twice. The D's goes at the same time as the forwards on his side.

Emphasize for D' and F's to get out of the way so they don't get hit by a shot.
