Description

skater in the corner carries the puck around the back of the net
skater at the red line starts at the same time and skates around the pylons
skater behind the net head mans the puck to the second skater and then must skate hard to get ahead of the pass receiver in order to receive a return pass
both skaters proceed to the net, take a shot and then go to the opposite line they started from
