Description

Defence lines up along boards at the blue line
Forwards 3 - 4 ft in from boards
on coaches whistle both start at the same time
D picks up loose puck from corner and move behind the net
F skates around cones in front of net to opposite hash mark to receive a pass from D behind net
D then skates out to pylon and pivots to backward skate
F carries puck around pylon to create a 1 on 1 with D
