Diagrams     

Description

Setup with lineups in each corner.
Defence starts in the bench side of the ice.

F4,F5,F6 leave as a group (line) pass the puck 3v0 down the ice. Once the shot has been taken the group turns and receives a pass from the other line. (F7,F8,F9). The group turns up ice, D1 enters the play, 3v1 takes place.
After the attempt to score, the group turns again, receives a pass from F1,F2,F3. D2 and D3 enter the mid ice and play a 3v2. Once the attempt to score has been made, the group of F7 leaves and the process repeats.

Notes: This is good to develope a multiple of things.
Conditioning
Line play.
Entering the zone.
Odd man situations.
Gap control
etc..
