3 Cone Drill

Description

X1, X2, and X3 go at the same time. X1 (BLACK) will skate to the first cone and in to shoot on net, then after shooting, follow the rebound and get ready for the next shot. X2 (RED) will follow X1 but skate around the second cone and in for a shot, looking for the rebound and then getting ready for the next shot. X3 (BLUE) follows X1 and X2 but continues around the third cone and in for a shot, again following the rebound. After the goalie recovers then the next three players go. Continue the drill out of the other corner as well.
