Description

X skates up to the blue line, does crossovers to the opposite wall, skates up to the red line, does crossovers to the opposite wall, skates up to the blue line, does crossovers to the opposite wall and skates to the goal line. Goalies can also do this drill by doing shuffles, t-pushes, etc on the lines.
