Description

Players line up in corner
On whistle player goes up ice bank passing around cones
On last cone player cuts to the net and shoots at the hash marks
Player continues to opposite corner and retrieves puck
Player continues up ice and hit the coach with a pass at the blue line
Coach passes back to player and play cuts to the net for a break away shot.
